　　當物料進(jìn)入泵體倉滿(mǎn)后關(guān)閉各通道，對倉泵密閉，從底部進(jìn)高壓空氣經(jīng)過(guò)流化裝置將倉內物料形成流態(tài)化狀態(tài)，此時(shí)，打開(kāi)出粉口，高壓氣流將物料沿著(zhù)封閉的管道輸送到目的地，完成輸送任務(wù)。適用于長(cháng)距離、現場(chǎng)轉彎、攀爬等復雜情況。采用螺旋、皮帶等機械設備不便使用的場(chǎng)所。

　　01運輸的材料為干粉材料，大多數顆粒尺寸不超過(guò)2mm，密度≤2；水分含量一般應小于3%（握得緊時(shí)形成球狀，拋出時(shí)可自然松動(dòng)），附著(zhù)力較小。

　　The materials transported are dry powder materials, with most particle sizes not exceeding 2mm and a density of ≤ 2; The moisture content should generally be less than 3% (when held tightly, it forms a spherical shape and can naturally loosen when thrown out), with low adhesion.

　　02輸送設計工作溫度為0≤t≤200°C，瞬時(shí)高溫不超過(guò)250°C，環(huán)境儲存溫度為-19°C。

　　The designed working temperature for conveying is 0 ≤ t ≤ 200 ° C, with an instantaneous high temperature not exceeding 250 ° C, and an environmental storage temperature of -19 ° C.

　　03工作介質(zhì)是經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾、冷卻、脫水、干燥和清潔的壓縮空氣，配有壓縮空氣儲罐。

　　04輸送管道的出口應配備氣體和物料分離裝置，如袋式過(guò)濾器。

　　05輸送管道直徑大于DN100及以上，轉彎采用大直徑彎頭，需內襯陶瓷耐磨材料。

　　06操作方式為全封閉、全自動(dòng)，也可手動(dòng)操作。

　　07卸料方式為可單點(diǎn)卸料，亦可多點(diǎn)卸料。

　　01針型進(jìn)料閥:粉末入口是關(guān)閉的，沒(méi)有空氣泄漏，在閥體中形成一個(gè)壓力容器。

　　02料位檢測:檢測閥體內的料位，當倉庫裝滿(mǎn)時(shí)，啟動(dòng)和關(guān)閉進(jìn)料閥。
