拆檢羅茨鼓風(fēng)機 調不好間隙等于白干

  一般來(lái)說(shuō)三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機,各部位間隙在20℃時(shí)的靜態(tài)理論值為:

  1、葉輪與葉輪之間的間隙0.4-~0.5mm;

  2、葉輪與葉殼之間的徑向間隙0.2~0.3mm;

  3、葉輪與左、右墻板之間的軸向間隙0.3~0.4mm(左墻板間隙必須大于右墻板間隙0.05mm以上),同步齒輪的嚙合間隙0.08~0.16mm。

  Generally speaking, for a three-blade Roots blower, the static theoretical values of the clearances between various parts at 20℃ are as follows: 1. The clearance between impellers is 0.4-~0.5mm; 2. The radial clearance between the impeller and the casing is 0.2~0.3mm; 3. The axial clearance between the impeller and the left and right wallboards is 0.3~0.4mm (the clearance with the left wallboard must be at least 0.05mm greater than that with the right wallboard), and the meshing clearance of the synchronous gears is 0.08~0.16mm.

  三葉羅茨風(fēng)機的檢修:

  我們認為三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機工作間隙的調整是羅茨風(fēng)機整個(gè)檢修過(guò)程中非常重要,掌握起來(lái)難度也比較大,通過(guò)分析羅茨風(fēng)機的結構原理,葉輪在旋轉一周的過(guò)程中,在士45°的位置上(指葉輪壓力角與水平線(xiàn)成士45°角度時(shí),兩葉輪之間的間隙是兩葉輪之間最關(guān)鍵的間隙,

  且有兩個(gè)+45°和兩個(gè)-45°位置,在這些位置上,兩葉輪最大軸向剖面剛好處于相對平行狀態(tài),因此這個(gè)角度就是調整三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機工作間隙的最佳位置。

  Maintenance of three-blade Roots blower: We believe that adjusting the working clearance of a three-blade Roots blower is crucial in the entire maintenance process of Roots blowers, and it is also relatively difficult to master. By analyzing the structural principle of the Roots blower, we find that during one rotation of the impeller, at the ±45° position (referring to when the pressure angle of the impeller forms an angle of ±45° with the horizontal line), the clearance between the two impellers is the most critical one. There are two +45° and two -45° positions, at which the maximum axial cross-section of the two impellers is just in a relatively parallel state. Therefore, this angle is the optimal position for adjusting the working clearance of a three-blade Roots blower.

  羅茨風(fēng)機有下面三個(gè)方面的間隙需要在安裝時(shí)進(jìn)行調整:

  1. 主動(dòng)轉子與從動(dòng)轉子之間的間隙;

  2. 主動(dòng)轉子和從動(dòng)轉子與機殼內表面的徑向間隙;

  3. 主動(dòng)轉子和從動(dòng)轉子兩端平面與墻板軸向平面的間隙。這些間隙,一般在風(fēng)機說(shuō)明書(shū)中均有規定。間隙過(guò)小時(shí),則容易發(fā)熱,而使兩轉子發(fā)生摩擦,反之,間隙過(guò)大時(shí),則使風(fēng)機的性能降低。

  The Roots blower requires adjustments to the clearances in the following three aspects during installation: 1. The clearance between the driving rotor and the driven rotor; 2. The radial clearance between the driving rotor and the driven rotor, as well as the inner surface of the casing; 3. The clearance between the flat surfaces at both ends of the driving rotor and the driven rotor, and the axial flat surface of the wallboard. These clearances are generally specified in the blower's instruction manual. If the clearance is too small, it is prone to generate heat, causing friction between the two rotors. Conversely, if the clearance is too large, it will degrade the performance of the blower.

  因此,風(fēng)機機體內轉子與機殼部分的間隙調整,是整個(gè)安裝中的關(guān)鍵。三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機各部分間隙調整的如何,將會(huì )直接影響機器的性能,若調整的偏差較大時(shí),甚至會(huì )產(chǎn)生機械事故。

  Therefore, the adjustment of the clearance between the rotor and the casing within the fan body is crucial in the entire installation process. The adjustment of clearances in various parts of the three-blade Roots blower will directly affect the performance of the machine. If the adjustment deviation is significant, it may even lead to mechanical accidents.
