一般來(lái)說(shuō)三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機，各部位間隙在20℃時(shí)的靜態(tài)理論值為：

　　1、葉輪與葉輪之間的間隙0.4-~0.5mm;

　　2、葉輪與葉殼之間的徑向間隙0.2~0.3mm;

　　3、葉輪與左、右墻板之間的軸向間隙0.3~0.4mm(左墻板間隙必須大于右墻板間隙0.05mm以上)，同步齒輪的嚙合間隙0.08~0.16mm。

　　3. 主動(dòng)轉子和從動(dòng)轉子兩端平面與墻板軸向平面的間隙。這些間隙，一般在風(fēng)機說(shuō)明書(shū)中均有規定。間隙過(guò)小時(shí)，則容易發(fā)熱，而使兩轉子發(fā)生摩擦，反之，間隙過(guò)大時(shí)，則使風(fēng)機的性能降低。
