羅茨風(fēng)機啟動(dòng)前的檢查：

　　Inspection before starting Roots blower:

　　1、 檢查地腳螺絲，防護罩等部件是否良好，緊固。

　　2、 檢查皮帶的張緊力是否適中，直聯(lián)式的，檢查聯(lián)軸器的安裝是否牢固，同心度是否良好。

　　3、 檢查潤滑油是否正常，油質(zhì)良好。

　　2、 打開(kāi)機械過(guò)濾器的進(jìn)氣門(mén)，反排門(mén)。

　　3. Open the vent valve at the outlet of the Roots blower.

　　4、 啟動(dòng)羅茨鼓風(fēng)機，緩慢開(kāi)啟風(fēng)機的出口門(mén)，同時(shí)緩慢地關(guān)閉放空氣門(mén)。

　　4. Start the Roots blower, slowly open the outlet door of the fan, and slowly close the vent door.

　　5、 檢查風(fēng)機的聲音，軸承和電機溫度是否正常。

　　1、 緩慢開(kāi)啟羅茨風(fēng)機的放空氣門(mén)，同時(shí)緩慢關(guān)閉羅茨風(fēng)機的出口門(mén)。

　　1. Slowly open the vent valve of the Roots blower and slowly close the outlet valve of the Roots blower.

　　2、 停止羅茨風(fēng)機的運行。

　　3、 關(guān)閉機械過(guò)濾器的進(jìn)氣門(mén)。

　　4、 將主控盤(pán)上鎖定鈕鎖定。

　　羅茨風(fēng)機運行中的維護：

　　Maintenance of Roots blower during operation:

　　1、 經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度≤95℃，潤滑油溫度≤65℃

　　1. Regularly check that the bearing temperature is ≤ 95 ℃ and the lubricating oil temperature is ≤ 65 ℃

　　2、 應定期更換潤滑油，第一次約運轉200小時(shí)更換一次新油，以后每四個(gè)月更換一次新油，油污染明顯時(shí)，應提前更換新油。

　　2. Lubricating oil should be replaced regularly, with new oil replaced every 200 hours of operation for the first time, and every four months thereafter. When oil pollution is evident, new oil should be replaced in advance.

　　3、 潤滑油冬季可用N32號機械油，夏季使用N68號機械油。
