在現代化的工廠(chǎng)車(chē)間里,我們常常能看到巨大的筒倉和縱橫交錯的管道,卻很少見(jiàn)到工人肩扛手抬地搬運粉末或顆粒物料。這背后,離不開(kāi)一項關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的支持——氣力輸送系統。它如同工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的“無(wú)形動(dòng)脈”,利用氣流的力量,在密閉管道中高效、清潔地輸送大量散裝物料。

In modern factory floors, we often see huge silos and criss-crossing pipelines, but rarely do we see workers carrying powder or granular materials on their shoulders or by hand. Behind this, there is a crucial technology - the pneumatic conveying system. It is like the "invisible artery" of industrial production, utilizing the power of airflow to efficiently and cleanly transport large quantities of bulk materials in enclosed pipelines.

簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō),氣力輸送就是利用流動(dòng)的氣體(通常是空氣)作為載體,在封閉管道中輸送粉狀或顆粒狀物料的技術(shù)。它的核心原理與吸塵器有異曲同工之妙,只不過(guò)規模更大、系統更復雜。

In simple terms, pneumatic conveying is a technology that utilizes flowing gas (usually air) as a carrier to transport powdered or granular materials within enclosed pipelines. Its core principle is similar to that of a vacuum cleaner, albeit on a larger scale and with a more complex system.

從物理學(xué)角度看,當氣流的速度足夠大時(shí),氣流對顆粒產(chǎn)生的“曳力”會(huì )克服顆粒自身的重力,從而帶動(dòng)物料向前運動(dòng)。這與自然界中“風(fēng)吹沙?!钡默F象本質(zhì)上是相同的。通過(guò)這種方式,物料可以像“乘快遞”一樣,從給料點(diǎn)被精準、連續地輸送到卸料點(diǎn)。

From a physical perspective, when the speed of the airflow is sufficient, the "drag force" exerted by the airflow on the particles will overcome the particles' own gravity, thereby propelling the material forward. This is essentially the same phenomenon as "wind blowing sand grains" in nature. In this way, the material can be precisely and continuously transported from the feeding point to the discharge point, just like "taking an express delivery".

兩大主流輸送模式

根據物料在管道中的分布狀態(tài),氣力輸送主要分為兩大流派:

稀相輸送(懸浮輸送)

在這種模式下,氣流速度較高(通常大于15m/s),物料濃度較低。物料顆粒完全懸浮在高速氣流中,分布均勻。

Based on the distribution state of materials in the pipeline, pneumatic conveying is primarily divided into two major schools: dilute-phase conveying (suspended conveying). In this mode, the airflow velocity is relatively high (usually greater than 15m/s), and the material concentration is low. Material particles are completely suspended in the high-speed airflow, with uniform distribution.


優(yōu)點(diǎn):系統設計相對簡(jiǎn)單,輸送過(guò)程穩定。

Advantages: The system design is relatively simple, and the conveying process is stable.

適用:適合密度較輕、流動(dòng)性好、不易破碎的物料,如面粉、淀粉、塑料顆粒等。

Application: Suitable for materials with light density, good fluidity, and low fragility, such as flour, starch, plastic particles, etc.

密相輸送(栓流輸送)

密相輸送采用較低的氣流速度(通常小于10m/s)和較高的物料濃度。物料在管道中并非懸浮,而是以沙丘狀或柱塞狀的形式低速向前推移。

Dense-phase conveying (plug flow conveying) utilizes a relatively low gas flow velocity (typically less than 10 m/s) and a high material concentration. The material does not suspend in the pipeline, but instead moves forward at low speed in a dune-like or plug-like formation.

優(yōu)點(diǎn):能耗較低,管道磨損小,且能極大減少物料的破碎。

Advantages: Low energy consumption, minimal pipeline wear, and significant reduction in material breakage.

適用:非常適合水泥、粉煤灰等磨蝕性強,或容易破碎的高價(jià)值物料。

Application: It is highly suitable for high-value materials with strong abrasivity, such as cement and fly ash, or materials that are prone to crushing.
