  密封處理:在氣路接頭螺紋處纏繞適量生料帶(順時(shí)針纏繞,避免多余生料帶進(jìn)入閥體堵塞氣路),或涂抹氣動(dòng)專(zhuān)用密封膠。

  Sealing treatment: Wrap an appropriate amount of raw material tape around the thread of the air circuit joint (clockwise to avoid excess raw material tape entering the valve body and blocking the air circuit), or apply pneumatic special sealant.

  連接操作:用扳手依次連接P口(接壓縮空氣源,需提前過(guò)濾雜質(zhì)和水分)、A/B口(接倉泵氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)的氣缸接口)、R/S口(加裝消音器,降低排氣噪音),連接后輕拉檢查是否牢固,確保無(wú)漏氣。

  規范接線(xiàn):剝去導線(xiàn)絕緣層(長(cháng)度約58mm),將導線(xiàn)插入端子并擰緊螺絲,確保接觸良好;若為多芯線(xiàn),需壓接接線(xiàn)端子,避免銅絲散亂導致短路。

  Standardized wiring: Peel off the insulation layer of the wire (approximately 58mm in length), insert the wire into the terminal and tighten the screw to ensure good contact; If it is a multi-core wire, it is necessary to crimp the wiring terminals to avoid short circuits caused by scattered copper wires.

  絕緣防護:接線(xiàn)完成后,用絕緣膠帶包裹裸露的接線(xiàn)端子,檢查線(xiàn)圈引線(xiàn)是否有破損,防止與柜體金屬部分接觸引發(fā)漏電。

  電路測試:接通電源,切換控制柜的“手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)”模式,測試電磁閥線(xiàn)圈通斷電時(shí),A/B口是否正常通氣、排氣,氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)動(dòng)作是否與指令一致,中位狀態(tài)是否符合設計要求(如中封式需保持閥門(mén)位置)。

  Circuit testing: Connect the power supply, switch the "manual/automatic" mode of the control cabinet, test whether the A/B ports are ventilated and vented normally when the solenoid valve coil is turned on or off, whether the pneumatic valve action is consistent with the command, and whether the neutral position meets the design requirements (such as maintaining the valve position for the middle sealed type).
