　　Warehouse pump

　　倉泵又稱(chēng)倉式泵，是在高壓下（約700kPa以下）輸送粉狀物料的一種比較可靠的密相動(dòng)壓氣力輸送裝置。

　　Warehouse pump, also known as bin pump, is a reliable dense phase dynamic pressure pneumatic conveying device that transports powdered materials under high pressure (about 700kPa or below).

　　倉式泵的卸料方式有兩種，下引式和上引式；其中下引式是底部出料的常用方式，罐內物料通過(guò)圓錐面充氣槽充氣、噴嘴噴氣或其它方法得以流態(tài)化；在底部設置流態(tài)化充氣板（層）可使物料在罐的下部卸出。上引式是從罐體的上部卸料，輸送氣體在罐中不同輸入平面上分布情況取決于輸送物料性質(zhì)。

　　There are two unloading methods for warehouse pumps, downward and upward; The downward drawing method is a common way of bottom discharge, where the material inside the tank is fluidized by inflating it through a conical surface inflation groove, spraying it with a nozzle, or other methods; Setting up a fluidized inflatable plate (layer) at the bottom allows the material to be discharged from the lower part of the tank. Upward loading refers to unloading from the upper part of the tank, and the distribution of the conveyed gas on different input planes in the tank depends on the properties of the conveyed material.

　　倉式泵輸送是一個(gè)不斷間歇性輸送過(guò)程。在倉式泵進(jìn)料以前，料倉內裝有被輸送物料，閥門(mén)都是關(guān)閉的。

　　Warehouse pump conveying is a continuous intermittent conveying process. Before the silo pump feeds, the silo is filled with the conveyed material and all valves are closed.

　　操作工作過(guò)程如下；

　　The operation process is as follows:;

　　1、首先打開(kāi)進(jìn)料閥和排氣閥，物料通過(guò)料倉在常壓下進(jìn)料，達到水平料位計設定倉滿(mǎn)指示信號為止；

　　1. Firstly, open the feed valve and exhaust valve, and the material is fed through the silo at normal pressure until it reaches the full level indicator signal set by the horizontal level gauge;

　　2、然后關(guān)閉進(jìn)料閥和排氣閥，打開(kāi)高壓氣閥使罐內加壓；

　　2. Then close the feed valve and exhaust valve, and open the high-pressure valve to pressurize the tank;

　　3、當達到操作壓力后，打開(kāi)輸送空氣閥門(mén)和卸料閥，物料開(kāi)始輸送；

　　3. When the operating pressure is reached, open the conveying air valve and discharge valve, and the material begins to be conveyed;

　　4、由壓力開(kāi)關(guān)、料位計或時(shí)間繼電器顯示出輸送結束。此時(shí)關(guān)閉高壓氣閥和卸料閥，使全部壓縮空氣都用來(lái)清吹輸送管道；同時(shí)打開(kāi)排氣閥，使罐內壓力減至常壓狀態(tài)。一個(gè)工作周期完成后，啟動(dòng)另一周期繼續進(jìn)行。

　　4. The end of conveying is indicated by pressure switches, level gauges, or time relays. At this time, close the high-pressure air valve and discharge valve, so that all compressed air is used to blow the conveying pipeline; Simultaneously open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure inside the tank to atmospheric pressure. After one work cycle is completed, start another cycle to continue.
