  故障現象:某廠(chǎng)1號爐頂棚過(guò)熱器泄漏后,濃相正壓飛灰氣力輸送系統堵管故障頻發(fā),一級電場(chǎng)灰斗出料口處灰板結嚴重,倉泵落料不暢,發(fā)“灰斗高料位”報警。

  Fault phenomenon: After the leakage of the top superheater of the No. 1 furnace in a certain factory, the blockage of the dense phase positive pressure fly ash pneumatic conveying system occurred frequently. The ash plate at the discharge outlet of the first level electric field ash hopper was severely consolidated, and the feeding of the bin pump was not smooth, resulting in an "ash hopper high material level" alarm.

  原因分析:鍋爐受熱面泄漏,飛灰吸附大量水分,使灰的粘性增加,內摩擦增大,流動(dòng)性差,流動(dòng)阻力增大,從而造成堵管。

  解決措施:修復或更換灰庫切換閥,確保閥門(mén)正常開(kāi)閉。

When the pipeline pressure drops to the set empty pipe pressure, the system defaults to empty pipe and feeds the material again. Open the blow off valve, first clear the pipeline, and then open the intake valve after the pipeline pressure drops to the pressure of the empty pipe.
